Step 1. Turn bow over and place hot melt glue next to the tied center of bow.

Step 2. Place one set of surrounds over glue and hold in place until bonded to the bow.

Step 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the other set of surrounds. Then adjust surrounds to surround bow's loops.
